We now have a great opportunity for you to be part of the HR/OD team in Trafford and play a key role in the delivery of workforce development across Trafford borough working with a range of partners.

About You

We are looking for an exceptional and innovative HR/OD professional to undertake the role of HR Consultant, OD and Learning with responsibility for leading and developing the Trafford Council and Trafford locality workforce development offer.

You will manage our learning & development offer and be an experienced OD professional with a relevant qualification that supports your development, with significant experience of enabling organisational improvement and development.
Ideally, you will have experience of working across the public sector system to achieve tangible change through design and delivery of collaborative workforce development initiatives.

You will also be pragmatic, engaging and passionate about achieving better outcomes, and have experience of working in partnership to deliver learning interventions and improvements in services.
