Salary £28,485 to £36,379 plus essential car user allowance

One Education are looking for a professional advisor to join our expanding HR & People Team.

We provide high quality, specialist pupil facing and management services to schools and academies. The team provide advice and practical support to schools and academies on a range of people management matters; staff conduct, attendance, grievance, capability, terms & conditions, contracts, restructures and all HR matters.

We also support schools with general management, emergencies and critical incidents, child safeguarding management issues, governance issues and managing programmes relating to the changing landscape of education legislation.

As the role requires travel you will need to be able to drive or have equivalent mobility.
