Our HR team are at the heart of bringing the vision for Trafford to life and we are reforming services at pace. By 2020, we will have a mix of different delivery models, some will be delivered in partnership, some will be provided by others rather than the Council directly and those we continue to fund will be closely monitored for quality and safety.
Within the HR service we are on our own transformation journey and are now in partnership with Greater Manchester Police for the delivery of our HR/payroll transactions. It’s a really exciting time to be joining the HR Service as a HR Business Partner; you will lead on specific projects, hold a portfolio of clients and provide high quality strategic advice and guidance across the whole employment cycle.
