We are looking for creative and focussed officers who will take responsibility for a range of allocated projects across the areas of Community Safety and Homelessness.

The Community Safety and Homelessness team integrates a diverse range of statutory and non-statutory duties relating to Community Safety and Homelessness. Partnerships Officers will hold a caseload / project base for which technical supervision will be provided.

Tameside Community Safety and Homelessness Team:

• Help create communities that are healthy, prosperous, safe, attractive and inspirational.

• Help support the Council’s approach to partnership working, with a particular emphasis on working with internal and external partners to reduce crime, promote reassurance and build stronger communities.

• Support the development of the Armed Forces Covenant in Tameside.

We are a busy and friendly service, operating across Tameside, and we are looking for inspirational and creative officers.
