You will work with various professionals and agencies so as to build good effective and sustainable working relationships, in order to ensure that children and young people attend school regularly and that services provided are reviewed, actioned and effective change is demonstrated.

You will be required to lead, organise, develop and motivate employees, so as to instil high aspirations for children and young people and their families and manage performance particularly around the achievement of outcomes specifically undertaking management of performance through the OFSTED framework. The post holder will have management and supervision responsibility for Family Support staff also.

Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check. The possession of a criminal record will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are judged individually according to the nature of the role and information.

If you are looking for a post which will provide challenges, variety, and opportunity in supporting children, young people and families, these roles are suited to you. Flexibility will be required to work outside core hours as the schools will be open from 08:30 am until 16.30pm. We are really excited about this new opportunity to create a team of highly skilled and experienced practitioners that will work with the families in the communities we serve.
