What you will do in your working day
We want to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn Business Administration Apprentice. You will receive a wide range of experience in our Performance team.

You will be involved in a wide variety of work including
•Providing administrative support
•Answering the phone and emails
•Adding new users to the system
•Adding users onto the database
•Developing knowledge and understanding around processes across children and adult services.

The training you will be getting
Relevant training from a supportive team at Trafford Council undertaking a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships are an excellent way of gaining real work experience at the same time as achieving nationally recognised qualifications while receiving a salary. In addition you will receive on the job training and work alongside experienced staff, building up knowledge and specialist skills.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Potential opportunity to continue onto a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A-D) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A-D) Essential

Things to consider
If you can’t provide evidence of the qualifications you could undertake a diagnostic test which is carried out by training provider, subject to meeting the requirements of the person specification.
