BREAKFAST AND AFTER SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR
Band 4 Point 22 – 25 (£21,074- £23,111) p.a. pro rata
Hours: 8 hours per week (2 hours per day over 4 days. 9.30 – 11.30 negotiable)

We are looking to employ an Administrator for our Breakfast and After School Club required for September 2018.

We wish to appoint an Administrator, who possesses the following skills and experience:
• Knowledge of SIMs and ParentPay
• Provide general clerical/ admin support
• Allocate and administrate Breakfast and After School places and liaise with parents.
• Produce half termly invoices and chase up non payments.
• Produce registers half termly
• Contribute to marketing and promoting of the Breakfast and After School Club.
• Enthusiastic and positive
• Effective communicator who can establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, pupils and their carers
• Excellent ICT Skills
• Flexible and willingness to immerse yourself in the school community, e.g. supporting school events
