An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Officer in a small and busy HR team. You will provide comprehensive and effective professional HR support and advice to managers and employees on a range of HR matters and casework, as well as supporting HR-related initiatives and
projects.

You will have significant practical experience across a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and change management and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation. You must also have the ability to calmly manage a varied and complex workload in a fast paced environment.
