Term Time plus five additional days.
Salary: Spine point 7, £19,554 pro rata
(Actual salary £16,725)

Bright Futures Educational Trust (BFET) is a multi-academy Trust currently comprising of seven schools. Cedar Mount Academy is able to offer and exciting opportunity to join our EAL team of dedicated and passionate staff. We are looking to appoint two bilingual learning support assistants who will assist in monitoring, progress and development of students for whom English is an additional language and to become an integral part of the team.

The successful candidates will have experience in EAL or similar and be fluent in Arabic, Romanian or Urdu; will have excellent communication skills and will be able to promote the high expectations of Cedar Mount Academy and Bright Futures Educational Trust through a willingness to develop and to lead by positive example.
