Citizens Advice Manchester is a leading provider of advice and casework services, we are innovative and successful, putting clients first with a focus on providing high quality advice via telephone, digital and face-to-face channels.

We have an exciting opportunity available within our City Centre office supporting both our Head of Finance and Resource Management and our Chief Digital Officer with the smooth running of our IT and general office infrastructure.

We are looking to recruit a competent individual to work across the organisation who can demonstrate:

* Good understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting
* Knowledge and ability to apply Health & Safety guidelines
* A common sense approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
* Great team working yet can work under own initiative and able to escalate matters out of own limitations
