To help focus, monitor and sustain improvement we need to recruit an experience Senior Business Intelligence Analyst as the quality of our services is dependent on our ability to access timely and accurate management information and analysis.

About the role

This is a new post within our established Performance team, and will play a key role in developing and delivering our intelligence–led ways of working. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing performance reports that help promote the appropriate use of business intelligence across the organisation. In this role you will be specialising in Children’s Service performance reporting and supporting Liquidlogic Children’s System (LCS) and Early Help Module (EHM) development.

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be a technical specialist who support the delivery of high quality data intelligence and develop the analytical offer in Children’s Services to enable evidence and insight-led decision making.

Educated to degree level in a subject which includes a significant numerical component, you will ideally come from a background which includes statistical analysis, intelligence analysis, data science, operational research or business intelligence. You will be expected to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels therefore, in addition to your advanced technical and analytical capabilities, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of conveying complex findings clearly both verbally and in writing.
