Trafford Council is recruiting an ICT Customer Support Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to over 3000 internal customers and meeting Council objectives. Experience is essential. Key responsibilities include: managing and developing a small team in the daily operations of the ICT Help Desk, managing ICT revenue and capital budgets, managing hardware and software assets, managing ICT contracts and procurement.
Skills: Proven track record in a service management role in an ICT department, strong people management/leadership skills, computer skills in MS Office, financial software and databases
