REGULATORY SUPPORT OFFICER

36 Hours per week, Permanent

Grade E SCP11 £21,166 – SCP16 £23,369

Located at Tame Street, Stalybridge, SK15 1ST

We are dedicated to providing high quality services to meet the needs of customers in relation to supporting Enforcement Officers and other teams within Public Protection.

To meet this aim we are looking for a proactive, well-motivated individual that will be flexible, adaptable, is able to work under pressure to deadlines and ensure that the highest standards of customer care are maintained in all aspects of service delivery.

You would be required to assist/support officers and managers in the effective delivery of the regulatory services in accordance with the policies and guidelines as agreed by the Council and with regards to current legislation.

To undertake any administrative functions associated with the service, including the issuing of fixed penalty notices, penalty charge notices, receiving and processing payments, processing Licensing applications, responding, processing and the recovery of debts relating to parking and bus lane contraventions.
