SERVICE UNIT MANAGER
36 Hours per week, Permanent
Located at Denton Centre, Acre Street, Denton, M34 2BW
Grade K Scale 50 - £43,484 to Scale 52 - £47,958 (£44,984 - £49,458 per annum including a temporary market supplement payment)
This post currently attracts a discretionary market supplement payment of £1,500 p.a. (pro rata for part time) until 31/3/2019, following which it will be reviewed in accordance with the Council’s Market Forces Scheme.
On appointment you will be paid the starting salary for the grade, and progress to the maximum salary for the grade through the council's annual increment process. In cases where an individual can evidence that their existing salary, in a relevant role to which they are being appointed is higher than the starting salary, then a higher salary within the grade salary range may be considered in accordance with the Council's pay framework. Individuals appointed above the starting salary for the grade, but not at the maximum salary, will then be subject to the annual increment process until they reach the maximum.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic permanent Service Manager to join us in our leadership team, offering strategic support whilst taking overall day to day operational managerial oversight in the Duty, Locality and Contact Centre teams.
