ADMIN OFFICER
Full time – 36.25 hours per week
Band 3 (SCP 6-11) 39 weeks per year (Term Time Only plus INSET days)
Pro-Rated Salary £16,417 - £18,125

Our school is a member of The Dunham Trust, a multi-academy trust of five schools based in Trafford. We are looking to appoint an admin officer to work within the school and provide support for the Office Manager

The successful candidate will:
· Provide reception cover at the school office dealing with queries, phone calls and emails
· Admit visitors using school procedures including safeguarding checks
· Provide first aid cover for pupils ( training will be provided)
· Undertake clerical duties arising from school meals provision, breakfast club and nursery fees
· Complete absence information and make phone calls to parents as necessary
