As a Service Manager for our Care Leaver Service you will be a confident and ambitious leader, contributing to our journey on restorative relational practice. You will lead a team of Personal Advisors, a social worker and a health and wellbeing worker and you will also continue to build on the strong links with have with partner agencies. We have a strong recruitment and retention record here in Trafford Children’s Social Care with fantastic workforce development opportunities for staff.
