A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented, motivated professional to make a real difference to the care and support of people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health. Commissioning plays a key role in service improvement and ensuring residents receive the best possible provision across health and social care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our well-respected All Age Commissioning Team as a Commissioning Officer. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background in Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health, outcome-focused commissioning and contracting.
In this role you will be expected to undertake a full and active role in the development and commissioning of support services for clients with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

As a Commissioning Officer, you will have responsibility for giving support and direction to Commissioning Support Officers and work closely with providers and users of services, as well as supporting our social work and health professionals.
