Band 3 Pts 17-21, £18,672 - £20,541
Actual Salary - £8,799 - £9,680
Part time (Mon-Wed only), term time only
20.5 hours per week
Monday 9 - 5.30pm, Tuesday 8.30 - 3.30pm, Wednesday 8.30 - 3.30pm

The Governors of Bowdon C of E Primary School wish to appoint a new member of our hard working and highly motivated office team.

We offer:

The successful applicant will:
• Have relevant office experience, preferably with school systems such as Parent mail and ParentPay or other such communication systems. A working knowledge of SIMS is desirable
• be a friendly face at the school entrance, able to welcome visitors and parents
• have the ability to take responsibility for aspects of school lunch and school uniform administration
• have the ability to work constructively as part of a team
• have the ability to communicate effectively with all members of staff, parents, pupils and other agencies, both orally and written
• have awareness of confidentiality and child protection/safeguarding and be prepared to undertake appropriate training for this – a working knowledge of school safeguarding systems and GDPR is desirable
• have the ability to identify own training and development needs and a commitment to undertake relevant training to address these
• be willing to uphold the school’s ethos and values
