Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Grade B Point 3 £13,654.00 to point 4 £13,927.00
32.50 hours per week term time only (38.80 weeks), Permanent


We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic school receptionist / administrative assistant, with suitable experience to support our busy school office. Applicants should be friendly, confident and resilient, be comfortable working around children, be able to work well in a team, and have great communication and organisational skills.

The key duties and responsibilities mean you will invariably be the first contact with school, be it a phone call or a visit. You must be sure any contact is dealt with positively and in a welcoming manner.

You will be expected to execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. You should be able to deal with last minute requests in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking is essential for this position.
