What you will do in your working day
The successful candidate will also work closely with health and safety advisors and a range of managers and staff to assist with health, safety and wellbeing duties as well as supporting specific initiatives and projects e.g. delivery of a wide range of workforce events. The role also requires interaction with external stakeholders as well as managers and other members of staff from across the organisation.

We are looking for an individual who is hard working, has the ability to multitask and is not afraid to take on new challenges.

You will be required to work to high standards of accuracy and maintain confidentiality at all times, as you will be dealing with personal and sensitive information.

Relevant training from a supportive team at Trafford Council undertaking a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A-D) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A-D) Essential

If you can’t provide evidence of the qualifications you could undertake a diagnostic test which is carried out by training provider, subject to meeting the requirements of the person specification.
