SCHOOL FINANCE OFFICER

36 Hours per Week, Permanent

Grade F point 24 £22,401 to point 28 £25,463

Located at Tameside Council Offices, Ashton Market Hall, Bow Street, Ashton OL6 7JU

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Schools Finance Team. We are looking to recruit a Grade F Schools. The role is working directly with Schools Teams to support schools with a number of financial tasks including the following;-
• Statutory Finance Related Schools work - Budget Monitoring/Year End/ Budget Setting Financial Support
• Support with Schools Finance Systems
• Support with reconciliation’s, cash flow monitoring and payroll control queries.
• Support with Schools returns
• Admin related Schools Finance work.

The role will involve travelling to schools and an element of agile working.

We are looking for proactive, motivated and dynamic individuals with the ability to succeed and drive change based on sound financial solutions and practice.
