We are looking to recruit 5 Social Workers.

You will be working with children and young people who live with their parents on care orders, in foster placements, in residential care and you will be preparing young people for transition to our leaving care service. You will need to provide an aspirational approach to your work with our children and work flexibly and creatively in order to achieve this. You will need to be committed to providing the best possible outcomes for Looked after Children ensure that we are meeting our priorities are identified in the corporate parenting strategy and action plan.

Our commitment to you is that you will receive regular supervision from your line manager and a good offer of training from our work force development. We are a supportive management team and we practice in a supportive way to encourage learning and development and we will work flexibly and creatively with you.
