Trafford Council is recruiting a full time Public Health Analyst to support the work of the Public Health team and their partners. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic analyst, who can develop the intelligence function. Familiarity with the range of data sources relevant to Public Health and experience of using epidemiological techniques are essential. A methodical approach, attention to detail and the vigilant observance of information governance are expected.

The applicant will be a core member of the small team and will have ample opportunities to work across the full range of Public Health key areas, working in partnership with colleagues in the Council, the CCG and more widely
