The care and well-being of the pupils is at the heart of the school’s provision.

We are looking for a candidate who would like to be involved in an exciting period of change at St. Peter’s. The successful candidate will be involved in boosting the attainment and progress of groups of children in Year 2. A number of CPD opportunities will be available within the 8 month project. This project will then be reviewed in Aug 2018.

The staff of the school is a successful blend of youth and longer serving, experienced teachers, who are committed to ensuring the children in their care achieve their full potential, regardless of ability.
The successful applicant will make a positive contribution to the teaching of reading across school. The Governors are looking to appoint a strong team member, who is able to form good relationships with colleagues and make a positive contribution to our children’s learning.
