Band 3 Point 17 – 21
£18,672 - £20,541 pro rata
Actual Salary - £12,980 – £14,280
Full time / Term time only plus 5 INSET days
36.25 hours

The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed TA1SEN to join our successful team. This will be to provide 1-1 support for a pupil in year 1 with emotional needs and attachment difficulties.

We are looking for someone who will:
• Work 1:1 with a child in Year 1 with emotional needs and attachment difficulties
• Undertake general duties under the instruction of the class teacher to support the aims and ethos of Broomwood Primary School
• Be qualified to NVQ level 3-early years or have other qualifications which show a depth of learning
• Have experience, or prior knowledge, of supporting children with additional needs
• Be creative in approach and provide opportunities to develop children’s learning.
• Be a team player and flexible in approach.
• Be willing (subject to training) to provide manual handling and first aid.
