ACCOUNTANCY ASSISTANT (PENSIONS ACCOUNTANCY)

Grade E - £21,166 to £23,369 per annum

36 Hours per week, Permanent

Location: Guardsman Tony Downes House, 5 Manchester Road, Droylsden, M43 6SF

The Pensions Accountancy team are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills wishing to progress their career by gaining valuable experience in the Pensions Accountancy section.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a wide and varied range of tasks, principally within the Pensions Accountancy section. This presents an excellent opportunity to develop investment, accountancy and information technology skills.

Ideally, you will have experience of accountancy or related work and will be studying for, or attained the AAT qualification or equivalent.

Applicants should be self-motivated, flexible, numerate, and computer literate and possess good communication skills, both written and oral. The ability to work on a number of tasks under pressure and to strict deadlines is essential.
