Be part of our Member Services section
We are looking for conscientious and enthusiastic individuals to join our Member Services section. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys providing support to others to join a team who are passionate about delivering a high-level of service to all our stakeholders.

Key tasks include updating pension records with information, assessing incoming post or tasks and allocating them to other members of your team, answering telephone calls, completing casework and assisting with any projects being undertaken.

You will need to work closely with your team manager and team members to deliver an excellent and professional service to all our stakeholders. You will need to work well with other people and independently, be able to manage your time effectively and be able to develop good computer skills.

About GMPF
The Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF) is a regional pension fund that administers the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). It is run by Tameside MBC and is based in Droylsden.

GMPF is one of the largest pension funds in the country and is the largest LGPS fund in the UK. We have over 355,000 members, over 600 employers and last year paid out over £748 million in benefits. The Member Services section is part of the Administration section. 130 employees currently work within the Administration section of the Fund.
