The Council is committed to providing a high quality service to its customers and aims to satisfy enquiries at first point of contact.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, well-motivated individual to join our Contact Centre Team to deliver a high quality service and support the Council’s vision. We are recruiting to a full time role but no flexi time is available, you will be working standard office hours.
You will work as part of a friendly team in a lively environment with a wide range of customer enquiries.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a good telephone manner, good IT knowledge with an ability to communicate effectively, and able to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential.
Good interpersonal skills are required and ability to use initiative. Full support and training will be given.
