We are looking for an experienced organisational development (OD) consultant to join our team and work closely with the Strategic Lead for OD and wider partners on key people projects during an exciting period of transformational change. You will provide expert consultancy, coaching and facilitation across a range of areas, including team development, culture change, performance management and employee engagement to enable successful outcomes of our strategic plans and priorities.

You will be an experienced OD professional with a relevant qualification. You will be highly collaborative, creative and able to work with people at all levels of the organisation. You will be passionate about maximising individual and organisational performance and able to constructively challenge the status quo to support us to achieve better outcomes for the people of Trafford.
