Fixed term Subject Funding

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Customer Care Officer to work in line with the Tameside’s Early Help Access Point. They will provide administrative support to the Neighbourhood Allocation panels. The role will involve producing agendas and preparing accurate information in the of form minuets. They must be able to professionally challenge and adhere to Tameside Policies and procedures.
The ability to collate and analyses data would be an advantage. The post holder will offer advice and guidance to early help services and children’s social care, including partner agencies early help offer, and commissioned services in relation to the panel process and other related services.

The successful applicant will receive and deal appropriately with requests for service from the newly formed Access Point. They will prepare agendas for the Early Help Multiagency Allocation Panel and take the minuets in this fast paced environment.
They will, with the families consent, be liaising with other agencies and undertaking research through Management Information systems. They will record and search multiple systems to illicit information

So that we can effectively support professionals and families you will need a sound knowledge of the Tameside Early Help offer; from Universal to Children Social Care services. As well as this you will need a thorough understanding of the Tameside Safeguarding Thresholds.
You must be able to work persistently to develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies and services.
