1.00pm – 5.00pm Monday
2.00pm – 5.00pm Tuesday and Wednesday
1.30pm - 4.30pm Thursday
1.00pm – 4.00pm Friday
Flexibility when required

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, well-motivated individual to join our Contact Centre Team to deliver a high quality service and support the Council’s vision. We are recruiting to a part time role but flexibility to working hours is essential.

You will work as part of a friendly team in a lively environment with a wide range of customer enquiries.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a good telephone manner, good IT knowledge with an ability to communicate effectively, and able to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential.

Good interpersonal skills are required and ability to use initiative. Full support and training will be given.

This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English in the person specification
