The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and possess a willingness to work in partnership with parents, governors and staff. They should be able to demonstrate a very strong commitment to inclusion, respecting everyone in the school community.

A passionate commitment to lifelong learning is essential, as are self-confidence, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour.
