Trafford Early Years Service is looking to recruit a part time Early Education Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking team who support free early education for 2, 3 and 4 year old children. This is an administrative role which does not involve working with children.

The post holder will be responsible for processing parent declaration forms, providing information and advice to early education providers and parents, preparing payments, maintaining systems, producing reports, raising purchase orders and ensuring compliance with the early education and childcare statutory guidance for local authorities.

You will need substantial experience of office administration processes as well as good communication and organisational skills. ICT skills are essential with experience of Excel and Word. There will be an ICT skills test as part of the interview process.
