About the Role

Due to an internal secondment we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, self-motivated x2 team players to join our team for a fixed term of 6 and 12 months from appointment. The Transformation Team delivers high quality projects that bring about change and ensure that Trafford can deliver value for money services within a much reduced budget.

As a Business Change Analyst, you will work in partnership across the public sector, to deliver projects which redesign service delivery processes to assist in the achievement of corporate and national targets. The redesign may also involve integration of technological solutions to support new ways of working.

A key part of the role will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with the corporate vision, our EPIC values, and priorities through business analysis, redesign, change and project management.

You’ll be able to demonstrate proven experience of stakeholder management and collaborating across services and organisations, delivering to deadlines and possessing strong project management, analytical and written skills.
