Salary: £21,589 - £23,836 per annum (SCP 12 - 17)
+ Essential User Car Allowance

We are recruiting to the position of Selective Licensing Officer, within Regeneration and Housing Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the Council’s Selective Licensing scheme.

You must be educated to A Level standard and have practical and technical experience of dealing with enforcement matters and relevant legislation.

Excellent communication and investigative skills are important as there is often the need to explain complex legislation to customers and to deal effectively with the challenging individuals and situations that sometimes arise.

The ability to use a range of computer applications and ICT is essential to this role.
