Trafford CCG and Trafford Council care passionately about making sure our families and wider population are able to live better for longer, to lead healthy and active lifestyles and to ensure our young people are supported to get off to the best start in life.

The health and wellbeing of Trafford residents is paramount in our thinking and we want Trafford to be the healthiest place to live.
