Support & Inclusion Manager. Full Time (36 hrs p/w) Term Time Only

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual for the post of Support & Inclusion Manager.

You will work within our pastoral team, and support teaching staff, in their work with young people experiencing behavioural and emotional difficulties. You will play a key role in helping raise the standards of pupils’ behaviour and achievement, enabling them to become independent learners.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and an ability to develop positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. You will have good organisational skills and be able to work independently and show initiative.
