36 Hours Per Week – Full Time
Permanent

Salary: Grade C – SCP 13 £16,491 – SCP 15 £17,072

Located at: Denton Centre, Acre Street, Manchester, M34 2BW


Children’s Services are looking to appoint a Team Clerk to provide a wide range of business administration and support across the service.

The successful candidate must be proactive and be able to show initiative and have the ability to work as part of a team.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support / assistance to all levels of staff within the operational teams. You will be expected to arrange, administer and attend various meetings as required.

A good level of IT competence is needed to work with database, spread sheets and word processing tasks on a daily basis.

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate with colleagues and service users and their carers, including the provision of a reception service to all callers offering relevant advice/support as necessary.

In addition, you will be expected to participate in the development and continual improvement of this part of the service.
