Salary: Grade I. Scale 35 - £37,849 to Scale 39 - £41,675 with a professional bar at SCP 37**

We have exciting opportunities in our Safeguarding and Duty teams for qualified social workers who are looking to take the next step in their career.
For these permanent roles you will have substantive previous experience of working with children and their families in a statutory social care environment.
You will need to have good knowledge of legislation and professional practice and will have the opportunity to work with children and families alongside management responsibilities such as chairing meetings and supervising a team of social workers.
As a Practice Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated and experienced management team, provided with regular supervision, with access to excellent training and development opportunities.
You will have the motivation and ability to undertake the challenges of working in a busy team.

This post requires an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
