Solicitor/Lawyer (Planning and Regulatory)
Salary range £36,876 - £39,782

The Legal Section is looking to recruit two experienced and ambitious individuals to work in its team.
The first position is a proactive property lawyer to deal with complex land and property transactions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, regeneration projects, contracts and procurement preferably with some experience of debt recovery.

The second position is a forward thinking planning lawyer to deal with the drafting of complex Agreements under Section 106 of the Planning Act 1990, advising on planning and other environmental issues, together with essential experience of attending and advising members at Planning Committee.

You will need a recognised legal qualification (e.g. a fully Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of the Institute of Legal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
