About the Role

As Customer Service Advisor within Trafford Libraries, you’ll be part of team that works across different libraries. The core library service provides access to books, information and a range of activities, both in libraries and online. This role will also require you to provide a face to face service for Council Services including Council Tax, Benefits, Planning, Waste Management and Parking Services and will also involve working on a busy reception desk.

Additional Information

Flexibility will be required to across all open hours, which are 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday. There may be occasions where work is required outside of these hours.
