SENIOR WORKFORCE LEAD

Fixed Term Contract for 2 years due to a Specific Project
36 Hours per Week

Band 7/Grade I: £34,106 - £37,107

A challenging yet exciting opportunity has arisen to join us and help support our transformation work across the Tameside and Glossop health and social care economy as we begin to integrate services. The role will require a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to coordinate and deliver agreed organisational development programme that will involve Organisational Development interventions, facilitating change programmes, team coaching and engagement of our workforce.

We are seeking someone with ‘hands-on’ experience of working with teams to help support and implement change across health and social care; with excellent knowledge and a range of organisational development skills, using emerging best practice you will ideally also have experience of change management and ideally knowledge of the integrated care agenda.

You should have current experience of working within HR or Organisational Development; be able to facilitate programmes preferably with knowledge of service improvement and have a track record of successful implementation and delivery.

Applicants should have demonstrable evidence of previous experience of cultural and behavioural change management.
